Who is Zoie?

Zoie Moore is currently a senior attending Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia. She is majoring in Africana Studies and double minoring in Environmental and Sustainability Studies and Education. She was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. During her free time, she enjoys ballet dancing, volunteering, watching anime and cartoons, and reading the next Young Adult (YA) book.

Zoie is a very bright and special young lady who wants to spread her joy and knowledge to the younger generation. Zoie plans to pursue her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership to own her own tuition-free Montessori School with a heavy emphasis on the environment, sustainability, and social activism.

To describe Zoie in three words those words would be activist, optimist, and empathetic. Zoie has helped those less fortunate than her, ever since she was a little girl. Her passion for equal and social justice has continued to guide her in her endeavors (thus explaining her daily motto, “be the change you wish to be” by Gandhi). Zoie is a powerhouse within her community and school. She is always there for others, treats all with respect, and always has a smile on her face.
